Bengal United SC football Camp has introduced Debjit Ghosh as their new Coach..

Bengal United Sports Club (BUSC) which established in the year 2008 through an energitic MBA degree holder youth BISWAJIT DAY, a resident of Shyamnagar, North 24 parganas. Once he was footballer of Kolkata League nteams like Bhati Sangha, Milan Samity, Eastern Railway or East Bengal jr. but his dream was to do somthing for the betterment of Bengal and Indian Football. After hanging up his boots he started a Football Coaching school under the umbrella of BUSC. Starting from just 6 months back the school now have more than 50 boys in different age groups. U-14, U 18 and Senior team.

Biswajit Said that "Bengal United Sports Football Club providing extensive training for grassroot level. In the School more than 50 participants from various regions of Shyamnagar and out sides like Behala, chinsura, Naihati, Kakinara, Konnagar, Krishnanagar erc and it's sorrounded are used to train the Footbal.

The School have two places for their training. One in Shyam Nagar Sabuj Sangha Club Ground and other in Gokulpur Kanchara para area CFC Ground. In both places Separate batches of 30 children being trained in the morning (7.30 to 10.30 am) and afternoon (3.30 to 6.30 pm) for a duratioin of three days intensive coaching camp with 18 hours of training given to each participating child.



Mr. Dey told that the training program is divided into three segments - Introduction, Pre-Training, and Training for children in the age groups of 6 to 18. In the camp the students are instructed by the the professional and experienced coach four basic techniques of football - Shooting, Dribbling, Passing & Control Each technique will culminate in a skills test. The club also introduce female expart Swati Biswas who will guide the boys for Meditation, Yoga and Physical traing.

Fitness test will be conducted like those conducted at Premiership academies, to make the children aware of the standards expected to play top flight football. They have own Fhysio Mr. Srabanta Banerjee and their President also a Doctor Mr. Gopal chandra Sarkar. The camp is full free of cost and the kits of the students bore by BUSC won. Currently The organisation have no sponsor but he is trying to seach some sponsor to make the School a big one. Few of his camp plyers are plying now in Kolkata adn Delhi football League.

Biswajit told that, this year the club has joined hands with Bajaz Allianz who are searching talents in Bengal to give them a (12 Students Approx) chance for a trining in German side Bayern Munich. They have given to organize the Boys for the talent hunt. Mr. Dey also told that, on mid July (expected 14-16 ) the final trial of Bajaz-Allianz talent hunt will take place at Mohun Bagan Ground where more than 25 Jr. talents from all over bengal will come and from where Bajaz will search the talents to send them in Bayern for an one week Training. and they have given



To make the dream true, BUSC has been introduce Famous Ex-India International footballer and also Coach Mr. Debjit Ghosh as the Coach of the School. Debjit, former coach of Kolkata premier league team Bhowanipur SC, played top Indian Sides like East Bengal, Mohun Bagan, Mohammedan SC, Mahindra United etc and was the regular player of Indian National Team in his time and was the captain in 2004. To make more Debjit, he join hands with BUSC and he will train the boys with his own style. He adviced some important tips today like to open an another unit for U-14 boys.

"Our main motive here is football development. Obviously three days is not a long time but it's all about showing the kids how it is actually done and then bringing out the passion in them to take football seriously," Biswajit told.
