'Indian Super league should include the younger footballers in the squad". The East Bengal coach Armando Colaco feels that the younger footballers who can serve the country in the near future should get a chance to play in the ISL. The East Bengal coach are in the opinion that prime object of the ISL organizers is to develop Indian football.

But, he is surprised to see the experienced footballers are playing regularly in the Indian Super League. While interacting Armando added that footballers like Renedy Singh, Anwar Ali, Shylo Malsawmtluanga, Steven Dias, Sandip Nandy are good footballers, but they are at the flag end of their football carrier.

The Goan coach feels that the Indian coaches should be included in the ISL. Each team has a overseas coach and the organigers should give the opportunity to the Indian coaches to work and develop themselves under coaches like Zico.

Armando is impressed about the Indian Super League organizers, who are investing a lot of money, which is a positive sign. Even they have concentrated in marketing and promote the tournament. Armando feels that I-league organizers should also improve the marketing strategy which is really important for the development of the league.
