DEMPO AGREE TO PART WAYS WITH PAPAS

DSC PRESS RELEASE : Dempo SC confirms that it has been agreed last week to part ways with Chief Coach Arthur Papas after the Australian resigned citing personal reasons.

Chief Coach Arthur Papas joined the Club in June 2013 and in that period guided the Club to a 4th place finish in the 2013/14 season as well as reaching the semi-finals and finals of the Federation Cup in 2014 and 2015 respectively.

During his 20 month stint with Dempo, Papas identified and nurtured a host of young domestic talent, a tenure which culminated last week with as many as eleven players selected as part of the "I wish to place on record my thanks to Mr. Shrinivas Dempo, support staff and the players for the

period of employment as Head Coach of Dempo SC, and wish the Club continued success for the rest of the season and beyond" stated Mr. Papas. Mr Shrinivas V. Dempo wished him good luck in his future footballing endeavours.

AIFF PRESS RELEASE : 02.03.2015 : The list of the 26 probables for the home and away matches of the Preliminary Joint Qualification Round 1 for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia is as follows. Twenty six probables would be reporting to the Preparatory Camp in Guwahati for Indiaís Preliminary Joint Qualification Round 1 for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia against Nepal.

The squad would be reporting to the Camp in Guwahati from March 4 onwards. The rest of the Players would be reporting to the Camp the next day (March 5) after the conclusion of the Hero I-League matches on March 4. The first match between India and Nepal would be played at the Indira Gandhi Athletics Stadium in Sajusarai on March 12, while the return leg is slated to be played in Kathmandu on March 17. The match on March 12 kicks-off at 7pm.

India National Coach Stephen Constantine Announced team for AFC U23 Championship Camp which will start in Goa from 1st march. The list of 32 probables for the Preparatory Camp for the AFC U-23 Championship is as follows:
