INDIA U-17 CAMP The four-days long selection trials in Kolkata held from 1st to 4th June, for the U-17 National Team, which will representing India in the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup concluded here on Sunday at Rabindra Sarobar Stadium with a exhibition match between United SC U-17 and Selected Team from the trials. In presence of U-17 National Coach Mr. Nicolai Adam, United SC U-17 colts won the match easily with the score line 4-1 in favour, and after the match Nicolai Adam stated, "I am really amazed to see the talent in West Bengal, and I feel that four days are not just enough to explore the talent in Bengal, therefore in near future I will be coming here again to see some more exiting talents, however we need to work harder to achieve our desired goals."

INDIA U-17 CAMP The Head of AIFF Scout Department, Mr. Abhishek Yadav was also present at the venue on this afternoon, besides other scouts likes of Debjit Ghosh, Goutam Ghosh and Basudeb Mondal.

"United SC is going in the right direction with their youth development programme and to be honest they are doing a great job in nurturing young talents in Bengal, I think some of their players like Provat (Lakra), Azaharuddin (Mallick) and Sandip (Bhattacharee) are brilliant, we also happy to see the quality and skill of the USC's junior player Sanjib Mondal," Yadav said.

Meanwhile Hony. Vice President, AIFF Mr. Subrata Dutta along with the Hony. General Secratary of IFA Mr. Utpal Ganguly were also present in the stadium.
