DIKA TO JOIN MOHAMMADHAN : KINGSLEY ARE IN THE EYES OF TOP KOLKATA TEAMS
PART-5: 31.05.2017: The Nigerian defender of Aizawl FC Kingsley are in the eyes of East Bengal, Mohun Bagan and Mohammedan Sporting. Kingsley, who had a teriffic season with Aizawl FC being offered by Mohammedhan Sporting at the conclusion of I League.
Mohun Bagan came in the race and offered him more lucrative than Mohammedan Sporting. In the meanwhile, East Bengal officials had a round of discussion with the Nigerian defender.
The midfielder of East Bengal Lalrin Dika Ralte are in eyes of Mohammedhan Sporting. Sources said that Dika are interested to join Mohammedhan Sporting and the deal are in the final stage. The central defender of East Bengal Guirwinder Singh are likely to leave East Bengal after a long association. Gurwinder are in talks with Mohammedan Sporting though the deal are on the initial stage.
SANJAY ARE IN THE RADER EAST BENGAL
PART-4: 30.5.17: Sanjay Sen likely to join Red and Gold in the coming season. According to a reliable source Sanjay had a round of discussion with East Bengal officials which seems to be positive, as the ageement between Sanjay Sen and Mohun Bagan ends on 31st of May. It is expected that the deal between Sanjay and East Bengal will be finalised soon. Sanjay Sen was responsible for Mohun Bagan's I League and Fedaration Cup victories during his tenure with Mohun Bagan.
Earlier, East Bengal had a round of talks with Khalid Jamil, the I-League winning coach of Aizawl FC which was not fruitful .Importantly, Aizawl FC are confident to depute Khalid for yet another season. In the meanwhile, the Mohun Bagan officials are interested to sign a deal with the I League winning coach, Khalid Jamil. Khalid will finalise
the deal only after a round of discussion with the officials of Aizawl FC.
EAST BENGAL ARE IN SEARCH OF NEW FOREIGNERS
PART-3: 28.05.2017: After releasing Ivan Bukenya, Wedson Amselme and Willis Plaza East Bengal are in search of new foreign footballer for the forth coming season. East Bengal are targeting Murtala Bancey, the Ghanaian international striker to sign in their favour.
It has been learnt that Manoranjan Bhattacharjee will visit Ghana and see him personally before the deal is finalised. Manoranjan Bhattacharjee will be accompanied by Suleh Musah at Ghana. The 27 year old striker Bancey has represented Ghana in quite a few occasions.
Apart from Bancey , the defender from the African nation Zambia Ziyo Tembo are on the target of Red and Gold. If Manoranjan Bhattacharjee impress by the performance of the two African footballers then then will be included in the Red and Gold squad before the CFL Premier-2018.
PART-2: 26.05.2017 : Mohammedan Sporting Club have made the biggest move in the Indian transfer market so far, with the acquisition of recently concluded I-League’s top scorer Aser Pierrick Dipanda for upcoming season.
The 28-year-old, who joined Lajong form DSK Shivajians ahead of 2016/17 I-League, did not only finish as league’s top scorer with 11 goals in 17 matches but also adjudged as the best striker of the season.
Mohammedan Sporting Club had been trying to rope in the Cameroonian front-man for past couple of months, and Mohammedan Sporting Club General Secretary Mr. Ghazal uz Zafar, Team Manager Mr. Belal Ahmed Khan and Chairman of Technical Committee Mr. Dipendu Biswas even traveled to Shillong during the I-League finale between Shillong Lajong FC and Aizawl FC to materialize the deal.
Mr. Zafar talking about the new signing, said: “We are happy to have signed a player of Dipanda’s stature. He is a proven talent and he has plenty of top level experience. I am confident that he will be an asset to the squad in the upcoming season. I wish him all the best of luck for the season.”
Mr. Khan said, “We are delighted to have Dipanda on-board. He is an incredibly talented player who has valuable experience of playing for some of the top clubs in India.We needed someone of his calibre in upfront.”
Dipanda spent the majority of his career from 2008 to 2014 playing in Spain with Valencia B, La Roda, Olímpic de Xàtiva and UD Alzira. He then moved to India and joined DSK Shivajians in the I-League 2015-16 season where he scored seven goals for the Pune-based club in I-League.
MAHMUD AMNA JOINS RED AND GOLD
PART-1 22.05.2017 : The Syrian midfielder Mahmud Amna signs a deal with East Bengal. The Syrian international who was playing for the I League champions Aizawl FC decided to change the colour in favour of the Kolkata outfit for the forthcoming season.
Mahmud Amna was the key man in Aizawl FC's midfield last season. East Bengal were in search of a box to box midfielder who is capable of controlling the game. The inclusion of Amna in the East Bengal squad would yield result in the coming season.
East Bengal also going to sing two young players from Goan I-League side Churchill Brothers. Surabuddin Mollick who once played in Kolkata team tollygunje Agrgami and Richard Costa the midfielder of Churchill Brothers.
