Both teams were looking energetic on field of play and started the match proceeds making fertile moves in opponent zones. Arjun Tudu was commanding striking zone of Services for more and more raids in Kerala danger zone, but alter defense of Kerala came out with superb clearance on various occasion. On the other hand, Kerala striking zone was also robbed by Nasarudheen C. with super footballing skill. However, the poor finishing and super saves by both custodians denied each team to surge ahead till regulation time despite of best efforts and scoring chances those came their way. Both halves were barren without any harm to any side till end of regulation time and match advanced towards two halves of extra time. At the time of regulatory time break, mentors of both teams gave some tips to their sides to finish this match in their favour and Services Team made out some efficient plan which worked out in 96th minute of the game when Services skipper Anthony Chettri Jsy No.7 produced first goal of the game by taking a long range 40 yard free kick. 107th minute of the game also saw Rakesh Singh Jsy No.9 took full advantages of the Kerala custodian who was outside area and Rakesh Singh dribbled past Kerala custodian and nicely placed the ball into Kerala net. 109th minute of Vivek Kumar Jsy No.13 also put his name on scoring sheet by scoring third and final score of the game.
