26.05.2015: PRESS RELEASE BOCA JR.: The MFAR-Boca Juniors Football League got off to a fantastic start IN Bangalore with top academies from the city in action. Mr. U Vimal Kumar (former national badminton champion and current coach of Saina Nehwal), launched the one of its kind league which saw 6 matches take place on the first day. To be conducted across 2 months at the Dairy Science College grounds in Hebbal, the first day saw some superb performances from all the teams across different age categories. In the Under-16 category, Bengaluru Football Club (BFC) Youth Academy enjoyed a perfect start to the season with a dominant 10-0 win over Young Challengers Football Academy (YCFA). Boca Juniors Blues blew a 2-0 lead at half time to draw with Christel House in an exciting 2-2 match. In the Under-14 category, BFC Youth Academy scored a 3-0 win over the Boca Juniors Yellows. However, Boca Juniors Yellows came back later in the day to defeat YCFA 2-1 in an exciting match which saw 2 goals coming in the last 5 minutes. In the Under-12 category, Boca Juniors Whites defeated YCFA 2-1. In the Under-10 category BFC Youth Academy beat Boca Juniors 5-3. The action resumes this weekend. 21.08.2015 :BANGALORE : Footie Culture India Pvt. Ltd announces the creation of a brand new Soccer League for U16 and U12 students, the 1st edition of the biggest Inter-School Soccer Tournament in the city of Bengaluru - Junior Soccer League (JSL). JSL will be held on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of August 2015 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm at St. Johns ground, Koramangala. In the case of JSL, the event will host 85+ U-12 and U16 teams from the citys premium schools along with the parents of the players and their respective cheering teams. JSL will offer a competition of over 200 matches to more than 800 young players who registered for JSL from renowned schools across the city. JSL looks to expect over 3000 young fans to come and cheer for the players. Speaking on the tournament Preetham Chandra, MD - Footie Culture P.
